2000 - 2003
In 2000, a star was born overnight. When Hrithik Roshan debuted on the silver screen with the romantic drama Kaho Na... This happened when he unabashedly essayed the role of an intellectually disabled boy in Koi... Mil Gaya.Taran Adarsh Bollywood HungamaBut said in his review, “Hrithik Roshan knows how to make the show his name with his strong performance. A Firstpost reviewer thought that Hrithik "breathes life and soul into Agneepath." Another critic writes, “Hrithik comes up with a surprisingly mesmerizing performance. He does not emulate the veteran's portrayal of Vijay Dinanath Chauhan. Instead, he introduces the character in his own distinctive style. Agneepath only reiterates the fact that Hrithik has evolved into a better and complete performer. Certainly, his performance in the iconic character can engage the city-goers."
