Sheikh Hamdan (Fazza)
Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum ( November 14, 1982 -) (also known as Fazza), Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, the second son of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler Dubai.

In 2008, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in his capacity as Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai, issued an Emiri decree appointing him as the Crown Prince of Dubai. Since assuming this position, he has developed and established many sustainable development plans in the Emirate of Dubai, the most recent of which are the Dubai Plan 2021, the Dubai Innovation Strategy, and the Dubai Smartest City initiative in the world, in implementation of his father’s vision to improve various aspects of life and reach Dubai to advanced positions in the race Global leadership.

Early Life of Fazza
Childhood and education
Sheikh Hamdan was born on November 14, 1982. He is the second son of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, from his wife, Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum. It goes back to the "Albuflasa" tribe, which is one of the branches of the famous Arab " Bani Yas " tribe.

On March 4, 2018, Sheikh Hamdan launched the “Government Games” initiative as the first of its kind in the world under the slogan “One Team, One Goal.” This initiative aims to consolidate the principle of teamwork and team spirit among government sector employees and focuses on the importance of teamwork. It is the first of its kind at the level of government in promoting the values of cooperation, harmony, strategic thinking, and physical strength.

On December 9, 2014, Sheikh Hamdan launched the "City Builders Race". The race adopts a new method of work that provides government agencies with the appropriate environment to cooperate on finding innovative and new solutions and initiatives for services shared by more than one government agency, as well as creating new government services for all segments. Sheikh Hamdan won a gold medal at the 2014 World Equestrian Championships held in Normandy, France, as well as team gold in 2012 and a bronze medal in 2010. His family
On May 15, 2019, Sheikh Hamdan married Sheikha "Sheikha bint Saeed bin Thani Al Maktoum", the same day his two brothers, Sheikh Maktoum, and Sheikh Ahmed got married. On June 6, 2019, he celebrated with his brothers the royal wedding, which was held at the Dubai World Trade Center.
On May 21, 2021, it was announced that Sheikh Hamdan and his wife Sheikha "Sheikha" had given birth to two twin children, Sheikh "Rashid" and Sheikha "Sheikha".
